Ike had always told me "baby when when you got money ev ev everybody is your friend, when you are down and out you can count on one hand how many many friends will reach out to even give you a hundred dollars" That rings absolutely true, there is something that I do have which no one can ever take from me and that is Jesus and my voice.

Ike was a SUPERB musician. The media and public are way to hard on him.
But think about it this way. There is not a single person in heaven looking down on him or calling him names. There is no one making fun of him and bringing up his past. Its just him up there probably teaching Jesus a couple of tunes on the guitar ♥
