Ike Turner met Audrey Madison in 1993, Introduced by a mutual friend Roger Brown, two months after meeting Ike asked Audrey for her hand in marriage. Though Audrey Madison had come to admire Ike marriage was too soon and at the time and inappropriate.. The two started working together, Audrey started as an Ikette and spired into his featured vocalist. Audrey had the energy and the voice the looks a true passionate entertainmener which attracted & won the heart of Ike Turner. [[In 1999 Ike & Audrey Turner joined as a couple and lived as common law husband & wife until married in 2006.]] Ike made it known that he loved Audrey and was in love with her like he had never loved before. Together Ike & Audrey Turner worked diligently on his CD titled" Here & Now" which gained his Grammy nomination after a decade of being out of the music scene, together as a team Ike & Audrey triumphed as she stood with him and behind him on his CD "Risin" which won Ike Turner a Grammy nomination for the best Traditional Blues Album in 2007 on Zoho records. Outside influences seduced Ike back into drugs which caused major trial and tribulation for the for the loving couple. Though Married in 2006 and divorced the couple reconciled Ike's love for Audrey was too strong to separate them but, could not withstand his addiction to cocain which took his life.
